you will find our pre-application for employment
(questionnaire) in two different formats: Microsoft Word
& Adobe PDF. If you choose to fill this out on
your computer, please fill it out completely (saving
often), save the final draft, and
email it to us as an attachment or print it
and bring it to our office.
Applications must include a copy of your High School
Diploma or GED & Certification Cards which include TWIC,
Rigging 6th Edition, Water Survival and Safe Gulf.
